Because of the uncertainty in the world around the coronavirus pandemic, we understand that your clients may wish to postpone their trip to Italy. With that in mind, we've relaxed our normal cancellation policies for any bookings made by 12/31/2021.
In case of Covid-19, Pandemic and/or Travel Ban See Italy will credit the deposit and/or final payment amounts less non-refundable items, such as entrance fees, transport that require advance purchase, any domestic flights part of the See Italy Travel package, and any other deposits held by villas, apartments, accommodations, in general.
This travel credit is non-refundable and may be used towards a future See Italy Travel Experience that needs to be completed within two years starting from the postponement/cancellation date.
Pricing for the rescheduled trip will reflect actual rates for the future dates of travel and those rates may be higher than the amount of the original booking.
The Client should inform in writing their travel agent or the Company about their postponement or cancellation in writing at least 35 days before the originally scheduled arrival date in Italy by emailing info@seeitalytravel.com.
Any cancellation not due to Pandemic and/or Travel Ban shall be handled pursuant to our standard Terms & Conditions.
